One of our students shares his testimony:
In Indonesia, we had a chance to run a 6 week seminar for high school students and staff of a YWAM base. I see how helpful the training time in Holland was, since we really could apply what we learned into our teachings. The students opened their hearts for the Word of God. But it was quite hard for the 15-16 year old students to sit and concentrate for 4 hours every weekday for the whole 6 weeks. God helped us in every circumstance. He showed us that we need to communicate in a way they can understand the message. Realizing that our students definitely love singing and action activities, we made our lectures lively. In the teaching of Philemon and Mark I used the form of stories and skits. They had to think about what they could learn from the different characters in the stories and act that out. I even did a small interview with them – as eyewitnesses in the story – about what they have learned.
